Why we don't charge monthly
Events are a one-time moment in your life. We don't want you paying a subscription for a wedding you had six months ago.
Pay once when your event is ready, get 12 months of hosted storage on upgraded events, and choose a one-time extension later only if you actually need more time.
Pricing Questions
Is there a subscription or recurring fee?+
No. EventSnaps uses a one-time per-event payment model. You only pay when you upgrade an event, with no subscription or hidden fees.
What do I get on the free plan?+
The free plan includes up to 2 events, 50 photos and videos per event that you can view, approve and download, QR code guest uploads, the moderation dashboard, custom QR code design, cover photos, and 1 month of hosted storage after the event date. Google Drive export is not included on free events.
What happens when a free event goes past 50 uploads?+
Guests are never cut off at 50. They can keep uploading, but anything past the first 50 stays blurred in your dashboard: you cannot approve it for the wall or download it until you upgrade the event. Upgrading unlocks every upload straight away. Every upload counts toward the 50, including ones you reject or delete.
When should I upgrade an event?+
Upgrade when you need every guest upload unlocked, 12 months of hosted storage, Google Drive export for approved photos and videos, a custom welcome message for guests, custom footer text, and removal of the "Powered by EventSnaps" branding. Most couples upgrade a few weeks before their wedding.
Why does the price show in a different currency?+
We automatically detect your region and show pricing in your local currency, such as USD, AUD, EUR or INR. The price you see is exactly what you pay at checkout.
Can I upgrade after my event has started?+
Yes. You can upgrade before, during or after your event. All your photos are preserved, and upgrading retroactively removes limits and branding from the wall.
How long does EventSnaps host my media?+
Free events include 1 month of hosted storage after the event date. Upgraded events include 12 months. If you need longer, storage extensions are one-time purchases during grace and never renew automatically.
Do you offer refunds?+
If something goes wrong or you accidentally upgrade the wrong event, get in touch within 14 days and we'll work with you. Email [email protected].
